I miss hearing the Punahou Carvnival girl over the PA system reading off the ridiculous messages all the Punahou kids would pay to have announced. *Sigh*. I think they used to select the girls with the highest-pitched, whiniest voices to do the honors. In a strange, sadistic sort of way, I used to love to go just so I could torture myself by listening to the announcements. Of course, we'd always hear something to which we'd respond, "WHATSHESAID!?!?!?!"
