I went to the dentist yesterday at lunch to have 3 (yes 3!) cavities dealt with. They were very small and we got there early, but still...3!I love my dentist though. He has the gentlest touch I know. Dr. Gerald Adachi is his name, and his office is right next to my workplace. Not only did it not hurt, I didn't even have any anxiety that it would. I told him that is why I go to him. An additional treat as that when you are seated for longer procedures, you get to wear "virtual reality" goggles and watch a movie while he works. It helps distract myself from any anxiety.
