Animal Cruelty?

This poor, poor dog. You can almost read his mind.... "Help me, somebody please help me...."

Hey Rich,
Is this lady a local or a Nihon-jin? The reason I ask is because this would be a very common sight here in Kobe. There are shops all over that sell accessories and "clothing" for dogs. The Japanese don't seem to understand that God has given their pet a natural covering to keep them warm - it's called fur.

You gotta be kidding me.

Actually, I see a similar thing happening here with children. Parents dress up their infants and toddlers in these outfits that only the clinically insane would ever considering wearing themselves, thinking it's cute. I, on the other hand, think it's absolutely abominable.

Southerners...

Are you really that surprised that the dog is dressed like that? Look at the lady! Leather coat with interior leopard skin, fanny pack not on the fanny but on the top of the stomach, and velcro sneakers. C'mon!
